Hematite Moisture Monitoring Analyzer
The online moisture measuring to a standard belt conveyor. The microwave moisture measurement fits to a standard belt conveyor such that the microwave transmitter is located below the belt and the detector is located above the burden. This enables continuous moisture determination of the material as it passes between the transmitter and detector. Moisture measuring system has a rugged c-frame configuration, is supplied fully assembled and is easily installed. Standard are many different communication options for sending and receiving data. Its user-friendly features are designed to assist with commissioning & calibration. Importantly, the data storage and communication capabilities of the microwave moisture analyzer enable technical support via remote access for diagnostic purposes and periodic calibration verification.

Moisture Measuring System are no special requirements for the composition of the materials to be measured: it is not affected by bubbles; it is low affected by large particles; it is not affected by magnetic interference.
The detection range of particle size is wide: the maximum size range of 60 percentage points can be detected, and the minimum size range of 20 percentage points can be detected.
The size fraction span is large: The particle size analyzer measurement can be achieved in the diameter of the grain between 20μm to 1000μm.
